How do I access the online video?

Once authenticated, with the credentials you chose when registering, or with those already created to register on www.piccin.it, you can purchase the videos you want through the simple order and payment procedure.

Where are the products purchased?

Once a product has been purchased, it will be present in the ‘My content’ section accessible via the top menu. You will also be able to access it by clicking, on any other page of the site where it is present, on the cover of the product you have purchased (on the top left-hand side there will be a label saying “Enrolled” indicating that you have purchased that particular video).

The payment for the product was not successful. What can I do?

In the event that your payment was unsuccessful, please contact our customer service at assistenza@piccineducation.it.

How can I register?

La registrazione al sito va eseguita solo la prima volta ed è indispensabile per poter consultare i video. Once this is done you can log in by entering your e-mail address and password from any internet location. If you are a user already on the piccin.it site you can use your credentials
