Chemical Peeling
Peelings consist of a chemical abrasion of the epidermis or dermis: there is a difference between surface, intermediate, or deep peelings depending on the stages being acted upon. Through such treatment of artificial lesions by means of acid, a skin repair effect is provoked with the aim of achieving the proposed result, which may be the management of ageing or skin irregularities such as spots, keratoses, lentigo, seborrhoeic warts, and more. Every aim is achievable thanks to the variety of acids on the market such as glycolic acid, mandelic acid, salicylic acid, Jessner solution, trichloroacetic acid.
